WARRANTY

All products sold on www.monthofmay.dk are subject to 2 years warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.

If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by email on info@monthofmay.dk. Remember to include your order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and if applicable, a description of how the fault has occurred.

In case of warranty MONTH OF MAY is subject to pay for shipping and refund the money for the given product(s).

Acceptance and shipping confirmation

When we have received your order we will send you an automatic email confirmation by email with details on the order and a binding agreement has been entered into between the customer and MONTH OF MAY.

We reserve the right to not deliver in the event that the stock level has been incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance to the terms & conditions in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

You need to be aged 18 or more in order to place an order on MONTH OF MAY.

COLORS

MONTH OF MAY cannot guarantee that all colours in product photos will be true to life. 

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT

If your order is placed from a country within the EU you will be charged a danish sales tax/vat. There will be no further customs fees added. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the danish sales tax/vat but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. MONTH OF MAY is not responsible for these extra charges or for any fees in accordance to customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

MONTH OF MAY has the right to change the price of a product at any time.
