SHIPPING

MONTH OF MAY currently ship within the EU using GLS. Standard shipping is 55 DKK and orders will be delivered within 7-14 working days to a GLS package shop. Home Delivery is also an option for 75 kr. Please keep in mind that longer shipping can occur during new collection launches, sales or public holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email providing you with a track and trace number, from which you will be able to track your order.


MONTH OF MAY cannot be held responsible for any payment of customs, taxes or tariffs in your country.

PAYMENT

The following payments are accepted at this time:

— Paypal
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the MONTH OF MAY website. 

The amount for the given order will be captured from the customers PayPal account when the order has been shipped.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days unless it’s SALE. The 14 days begin from the day you receive your order. Do NOT send your purchase back to MONTH OF MAY before we have given you the permission. Returns can not be returned physically.

Please contact returns@monthofmay.dk if you wish to return a purchase and await our confirmation.

When we have received your email we will get back to you and find the best possible solution. In case of return please note that the product must be returned in original condition and in original, undamaged packaging with price sticker and hang tag still attached.

Your returned purchase must be accompanied by the original order invoice/confirmation.

MONTH OF MAY reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above listed criteria. The customer must pay for shipping and tracking/delivery information when returning a package. In the event that a package is not received or is lost in transit, MONTH OF MAY is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking information.

MONTH OF MAY will refund the amount paid by the customer on returns received within 14 days, that fulfil the above criteria. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH GLS and with the order form.
